My journey with WElink started in 2019 and it’s been a good adventure.

I joined WElink Homes in 2018 as a Technical Manager.
In the last 5 years, I’ve seen WElink Homes grow from a young business focused on R&D of off-site manufactured homes to a fully accredited NHBC registered developer delivering compliant houses in the UK.
Being at the forefront of the design, research, and implementation has been challenging, but personally very rewarding. WElink is very supportive of staff, especially during the pandemic. I look forward to seeing the business expand and sharing in the success of delivering future homes now.

My role would be key to exploring and growing sustainable developments in Africa.
There is an undeniable opportunity for sustainable development of the energy sector at scale in Africa, where ~600 million people do not have access to electricity. Renewables play a key role in this development.
My responsibility within WElink is to explore and develop sustainable business opportunities in Africa. I am excited to work with WElink based on its success in Europe and its ambition to expand its footprint in Africa. The team’s operational experience and strong can-and-will-do culture position the company for success.
Olaedo Osoka

Meet Barry, the dynamic founder and CEO of WElink Group, enabling sustainable businesses to scale since 2007. What began as a spark has grown into a global business which has a strong culture of entrepreneurship and collaboration.
Before his WElink journey, Barry spent 13 years at DCC plc, where he was a Managing Director and board member in DCC’s Healthcare Division. There, he orchestrated operations and business development across Europe and Asia. Prior to this, he honed his craft at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Corporate Finance. Barry is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business, both from University College Dublin, Ireland.
Barry embodies visionary leadership, turning dreams into action. His energy and positivity is infectious and keeps the team motivated to accomplish further.
